Need Help with your tee pal?

Tee Pal Support & Pro-Tips

We are a small company dedicated to keeping you on the course without the back, hip, or knee pain. Because Tee Pal works mechanically to hold both a ball and tee simultaneously, using it standardizes a specific technique. Below are the quick, simple keys to mastering your tool during your first few rounds.

Trouble Shooting Guide

You never have to lay your Tee Pal down in the grass or bend over to pick it up between shots. To make it stand completely upright on its own, simply squeeze the handles together, press the metal stand-up pin firmly into the ground, and release. When you are ready to move on, just wiggle it slightly as you pull it up.

This is the most common part of the initial learning curve. After you push your tee straight down into the ground, you must fully release your grip on the handles before sliding the tool away. If you keep even a little pressure on the handles, the holder will catch the ball. We highly recommend using a wide-cup tee, like a Martini Tee, to give the ball extra stability while you get used to the motion.

No bending over is required here either. If your tee is still standing in the ground, just guide the tee slot over it and pull up. If your tee is lying flat on the grass, use the “foot pin” trick: place the edge of your shoe gently on the tip of the tee to stabilize it, then use the Tee Pal holder to scoop it right up. You can use this exact same foot trick to scoop up your golf ball if it ever slips off early.

Tee Pal is optimized for standard, soft tee box soil. If you encounter a course with very hard or sun-baked ground, do not force the tool down at an angle. Instead, push straight down vertically, or pour a tiny splash of water from your bottle directly onto the turf where you want to tee up. It softens the soil instantly.
